Shipping and delivery
We estimate that shipping will begin 4-6 months after pre-orders have ended. This is to allow time for all items related to the zine to be produced and sent to the shipping moderator to be checked for quality assurance before shipping.
Orders will be shipped from North Carolina, USA. We accept international orders except for a few countries listed here.
If you would like to update your shipping details before your order is shipped, please reach out to us via email or the contact form on this site with your order number, your name and new shipping details. We will also send out a reminder to check your shipping details before we start shipping.
Damaged package/missing items: please contact us as soon as possible and provide records such as video unboxing to showcase the damage/missing items. For replacement of any items, an unboxing video must be provided to showcase the damage/missing items.
Incorrect shipping details: if the mistake is on our end, we will either send out a replacement parcel or issue you a refund. If the error is on your end (such as a typo in the order form), you will be required to pay shipping for redelivery if the parcel comes back to us.
If your parcel is sent back to us due to you not picking up your parcel from the post office, you will also be required to pay shipping again.
